The easiest way to request a return is by sending us an email to info@enviodeglobos.es with the subject: Return Request and your order and/or invoice number, indicating:
Person who placed the order, email address used to place the order, telephone number, order or invoice number, and reason for the return.
Below we offer you additional information, which you will also receive by email, when you make a return. If you wish to exchange or return your product because it is not to your liking: Pursuant to the provisions of Law 47/2002, of December 19, reforming Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, for the transposition into Spanish law of Directive 97/7 / EC, regarding distance contracts, and for the adaptation of the Law to various Community Directives, we must state that as indicated in its Chapter II on Distance Selling, article 44 45, on the right of withdrawal. The buyer will have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to return their merchandise.
This right will not entail the imposition of any penalty, although the buyer may be required to bear the direct cost of returning the product to our company (shipping costs). This right of withdrawal will not apply to goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned. The first product exchange will not entail any costs for the buyer, but from the second order onwards, the buyer must bear any possible return costs that may arise from this second exchange. To return your merchandise, it is recommended to pack it in its original packaging, which is the best way to ship our merchandise. Once your shipment has been received, you will receive a refund of the full amount of your invoice within 24/48 business hours.
